Sunday! It's a new tradition to hit the beautiful Forty-Five North Vineyward as February wanes for a great fat bike race! A short, 3.2 mile course makes it a spectator's delight, and the lynch pin of the circuit is a fast, exciting and grinding climb to the top. The riders will hardly get the enjoy the view before spilling back down to the start/finish.
Last year, Cody Sovis won the battle of attrition in absolutely frigid temperatures, wearing down the competition on the climb and making smooth the rough descent with solid handling skills. In 2016, it'll be a bigger field and likely faster conditions, making it one of the most anticipated races on the calendar.
Enjoy Short's Brewing's finest with your entry fee, as well as the tasting room at Forty-Five North.
